Apples!

I love apples. I don’t like the red delicious variety instead give me Gala’s, Braeburns, or Granny Smith.

I love apples in pastries-we call them bear claws although that isn’t the name of them.They are called apple turnovers or something similar but they aren’t the traditional turnovers. This is a dark cinnamon pastry with chunks of apples. Heaven when it’s warm.

I love apple pie-minus the cheese please.

I love apples baked in cinnamon and raisins.

I love caramel apples.

I like apples dunked in melted chocolate.

I like grabbing an apple on the way out the door. Especially when I forget to brush my teeth

A is also for Asparagus casserole! A family tradition that I don’t have a picture of (guess I’ll just have to make it soon!).
